What Are Credits? - Credits are the currency for AI operations - Each AI operation consumes credits - Credits reset monthly based on your plan - Unused credits don't roll over

Q: When will I be charged? A: On the same date each month/year based on your initial subscription date.
Q: Can I get a refund? A: We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase only. Contact support@iquivity.ai.
Q: What happens if my payment fails? A: We'll retry 3 times over 7 days. If all fail, your account is suspended until payment is updated.
Q: Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? A: Yes! Annual billing offers 20% discount. Switch anytime in billing settings.
Q: Do unused credits roll over? A: No, monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Purchase credit add-ons if you need credits that don't expire.
Q: Can I pause my subscription? A: Not currently, but you can downgrade to the Free plan and resubscribe when ready.
